ST.AMINA (pronounced stamina) is no stranger to good music.
From an early age, her late mother introduced her to timeless tracks that heavily influence her sound. Her classical training in vocals and violin also contribute to a strong foundation in music theory and appreciation.
ST.AMINA believes in music as a universal language, and in its strength in building community. This is the inspiration of @wild.things.rave; a celebration of diversity in dance music.
She is partial to sounds that rumble from the depths of Africa, including Latin, Teck, House Jazz and Gospel. In a given set, you’ll hear a seamless fusion of genres as if journeying across continents.
